This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Who ever called on the Vodafone mobile number 07552467997 was very abusive using very foul language and were not prepared to give a name or other ID.
Can't say definitively but caller claimed to be from BT but did not have my account number or ask by name so I just told that that's a bit odd and hung up.
