They claimed to be from a national student survey. They knew my name already and were asking for my birthday. They wanted me to participate in their survey. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone.
