This number was used for a scam call supposedly from BT Internet. I think it is probably an ordinary valid number, Scammers seem able to hijack numbers and this is one of several received recently from other members

Second message through WhatsApp within 2 hours different numbers but both from same location just north of blackburn message just says hello, probably e expecting a reply asking who is messaging ,Dont answer just block number and report, most probably some sort of scam trying to get your info

Scam sending out fake verification codes for Whatsapp.

It’s the the contact number has been attached to the email confirmation of the subscription I did. They’re stealing money from my bank account. Charging me right now a 50 EUR. I’d like to attach the email so that you could help me find this fraud.

This number belongs to a foofing contractor. I can't remember the company name. I have been messaging him asking for an invoice for work he has done but he seems very reluctant to give me the invoice. I am trying to track down the company name.

**SCAM** Same as last review - called from 'Vodafone' & said someone had changed my phone number. Recieved text with code during the call. I asked him to call me back in 30 mins, he said "why, are you busy"? He couldn't verify he was from Vodafone and said they'd send an email (not recieved an hour later..). Checked my Vodafone account and no activity. TBH I'm used to being ripped off by Vodafone but at least I can see it happening :)

This is a scam. They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! Indian 'lady' called saying they were Right Energy part of uk-talk offering wholesale energy rates. Asked where she was located, she said Birmingham. After stringing her along for 10 minutes I asked what was happening with the Bull Ring, she clearly did not know what I was talking about especially when I asked if that's where she gets the bullsh*t from. SCAM. Usual crap of an obvious overseas caller claiming to be from my bank. I happily wasted her time for nearly 20 minutes and then asked her "oh, what's the name of my bank?"; unsurprisingly she couldn't answer so I left her with some insults. I needed a coffee break anyway ????.

This number calls and claims to be investors. Very rude individuals who call and push you to invest and they are so rude when you decline. They keep changing numbers but it is the same network of people - they are using different numbers to call - I have already blocked at least 10 other numbers they have used to contact me- stay well clear of them please!! If anyone has any idea how to stop them from calling please advise.

SCAM; left a voicemail saying it was the FBI & if I didn't return the call I would be arrested for fraud.

DANGEROUS SCAM pretending to be from well known companies, asking questions and asking you to confirm your personal information and banking information. Do NOT divulge any information to them at all and do not call them back if you missed the call. BLOCK number as calls and texts are persistent.

This number was pretending to beba BT call. It was a nuisance call from a foreign person. As in Asia resident. This person is a hacker. A mind game player, and should not have the right to phone people with the intention of bullying or playing mind games. It is a dangerous call.
