They don't identify who you are, who the bank is, the card number etc. It's to scare you into connecting with them and then confirming your bank details. Funny how over the last week, I have been getting calls from Manchester on my mobile. They alway hangup before it goes to my answer service. This has to be a sales call or fake service that has picked up on my number, otherwise they would leave a message for me to get back to them.
