I didn't answer so don't know. I got call twice today.
Caller said that our account would be debited £300 and a much larger amount I've received similar calls recently and checked my account. No debits found.
Claiming to be from Microsoft to say they have detected hacking on a computer, which is not switched on (not plugged in to a power supply). He threaten to cancel the Microsoft Licence Number saying - that Microsoft would not support the product and the computer could no longer be used!

SCAM Received a text message from the number stating that: ‘ Simon attempted to deliver today your parcel but no one answered. Reschedule & track parcel at: https://local-depot-office-gb.com’ I have a ring doorbell and someone was in the house - no delivery was attempted. The text is a scam.
Is 100% definitely DVLA. The number was quoted at the top of a letter from them which was sent with the returned application for renewal of my licence as I hadn't filled in all the required information.

This number cold called me regarding an ee phone contract. Can't say for sure it isn't legit, but I have my suspicions as it sounded like a foreign call centre and they had no reason to call me. This is a scam. Someone sent me a written message through WhatsApp. A message sent by "mistake" by a very good looking young lady (from the profile pic). Very sweet, kind person, always giving out compliments. Sent photos and videos of "herself". A week later, wants you to invest in an ETH mining pool. Fortunately, I woke up in time. BEWARE.

Called on 14th March 2022 by this O2 number and I'm not with O2 as my service provider. Why phone me!
Unable to answer the original call a voice message was left to call this number back. The voice message did not state the company involved but required an anti-fraud check. This was a 'genuine' number, but the questions were probing and having given my contact number after questions to verify myself I was asked for the last 4 digits of that contact number already given, there were too many disconnected questions that could be joined up for other fraud. I terminated the call. Supposedly Barclaycard.
