just wanted an online quote, discovered Bupa £100 cheaper, and even cheaper with my employer, So far have rung every day for seven days, not answering so dont know how long it will go on for,agree with previous comment. too desperate and aggressive would not have gone with them either way because of this. Continuous calls from this number saying they do all of BT Renewals! I have an online account with BT and direct access to BT, and any changes or renewals to my accounts are dealt with direct, so why are they bothering me? I have told them to stop or I will make a formal complaint.
