UPDATE FROM CHEAP WEB DESIGN: Unfortunately we continue to be hounded by scammers which is resulting in thousands of people calling us back to see why they were called (we're only a team of 8 so have had to disable our phones and put a pre-recorded message). Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!

Definite scam. Claimed (falsely) to be Harry from Carphonewarehous3 in London calling because "we have a special offer on new phones today". I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately? He immediately went into "what phone are you using?" Obviously looking to sound like he could choose an upgrade whilst scamming you out of the cost of the non-existent
Caller with Indian accent said he was from Amazon and was calling about a purchase my wife had supposedly made for an Iphone 11, he said his name was Daniel Smith when I asked. If this number is an O2 number , I suggest that O2 pass on the details of the holder of that sim card to Amazon or the police...

SPAM Would not state where they are from or who they are until you confirmed your details when I refused to confirm any details they company policy and hung up. Definitely a call center from background noise and when you call back the number goes straight back to that operater without company name total scam
