A woman telling her name and then something inaudible (the line was bad). As soon as I asked "can you repeat? the line is... " she didn t even let me finish and told "thanks for confirming!". I called both back yo see who had called and both had the same identical message, sounding like "thanks for calling fresh contacts. Please wait for next agent" at which point I terminated my call.

When I asked if the call was to do with PPI, I was assured it was not but had called a company which acted as a switchboard for 40 different companies.
