Claiming to be BT who do not provide my internet calling about my internet problems, specifically the public IP. They claim it is public because of hacker which is a lie. Want to connect to your computer ultimately. NEVER let this happen.

Automated call SCAM . Left voicemail threatening legal action but I don't know what it's about, Decidednot to press 1! Quite scary for a pensioner living alone.

Spam call some guy on phone trying to get me to sign up to some members subscription of a monkey club, very random indeed.

Fraud. Got a call I didn't answer. They left a voice mail it wasn't a person it sounded like a generic message. It said there was something wrong with my financial account and then said I'll be arrested ( they spelt out the word arrested) I have 2 phones the one they rang is the one I use for fam/ friends it's not the one attached to any of my bank account/ online shopping. There is absolutely no reason any business should have that number.

They will call you on whatsapp as whatsapp is known for being annonymous and their profile picture on whatsapp is some random model to make you want to pickup somw type of phone bill scam/fraud/SOME sort of scam 100% definatley DO NOT pickup if you are called by this number

Said they were from my local bank but couldn't actually say which bank. Didn't trust them.

Sales call / this is a call from SD of Verkada Limited - a tech company selling security cameras etc. It will likely be related to an email whereby it is suggested he will be "in your area" next week. Of course he doesn't know where you are and in the absence of matter-transportation will not be there. It's an unsolicited sales call and not very clever. Best avoid firms like this where they start with a lie.

SCAM Caller asking if I had debt problems, I don't! After watching Scam interceptors on BBC one at 10:00 A.M. I learned that this is where they call from. Answered call and it was a recorded Chinese language voice recording not sure where this is from I just ended the call and put a block on this number.

SCAM Apparaenly a Policeman from Flicton (then changed his story to Richmond) police station. Told my parents someone had stolen money from their bank and bought a laptop. Gave my parents this number to call which they didn’t. Get a real job and stop scamming decent people

Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.

Received a call today 21.6.22 at 13:15. Recorded message purporting to be Visa regarding to possible acts of fraud against my debit card. 1 x £1000 and 1 x £300. Immediately suspected a scam, pressed to speak to an adviser and decided once more to play along. Male with foreign accent, as usual acting as if I had called in. Scam call ! Informing me about unauthorised payments on my bank account ! BEWARE!

I'm getting calls on a daily basis. I never answer and always block however, each call is a slightly different number. I've even had 3 different numbers ring me within one minute as if someone is desperately trying to get hold of me!! Don't fall for that one! If you don't know the number and it's important they will leave a message,if they don't it's not important is it? I did have one message left one day there was just a load of swearing going on in the background then it cut off.consider them Dangerous!
