Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.
Claimed that our electricity meter wasn't registered and that there was outstanding paperwork. I told them that this is a lie and asked to be taken off he list but they said they won't do that and would keep calling.
I hope that the police will go after these stalkers.
