Number was 0151 281 5034, Liverpool, England. Said they were from HMRC and if I didn’t press 1 to continue with call, a warrant would be issued in my name. I hung up. If they were genuinely from HMRC they would not call you like this. I hate to think what would have happened if I had continued with the call, obviously trying to scam me for money. Please don’t fall for this. PUT THE PHONE DOWN.

Said they would transfer £2000 to my account in 5 minutes. Asked about repayments, said is would £120 for 12 months, less than the loan, obvious not thought that answer through !! Tried to get me to give them my bank details, and when qustioned hung up.

Every time they say they are calling in regard to me being involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault, and wants to know the details of the accident.
