I have just received a message to txt back and confirm if I still need pain managment appoitment. I have contacted NHS directly and they confirmed that this is a valid txt message coming from them.
Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam. I found this number on my 11 year old daughters phone and when I checked it out found that it belongs to a 40 year old man named Ali who met my daughter through Instagram and was trying to get her to meet up with him - reported to police who are now investigating and have arrested the individual for interview - he is VERY DANGEROUS beware

the person claims to be from British Gas or another energy provider saying his name is either Peter or Jay he is pushy and aggressice keeps calling demanding to speak to a manager when you refuse he keeps calling and is rude and wont take no for answer especially when you state you dont wnat his business now blocked numbers from his mobile and this number, avoid at all costs as he will keep calling i had 25 calls in less than 4 minutes, after telling him i am going with another energy provider!

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. I rang the number 01634250475 & noted when I checked with "who called me" that it stated it was Halifax Bank. So I rang the number and lady with foreign accent answered but she was not employed by Halifax bank so I put the phone down. Hope this helps somewon.
