Dialled 1471 on returning home (just in case I had missed an important call) and was informed that 07410973664 had called. As no message had been left I was curious to know who had called.

House of Ladies ask for a police check. I am not sure of them. Perhaps someone can let me know if they are genuine. Usually a good agency as the type on this page should be good. Only the bad ones need a police check. I do not have their number but it can be looked up. They do not charge for admin or so their information states. Just had a call from them and when a I said I'd not had an accident, the woman just hung up on me. Perhaps a spell at Charm School wouldn't go amiss with them...

Silence. Said "hello" a couple of times. After ~10 seconds a recorded woman's voice said "goodbye" and the call terminated.

my daughter answered this call ..She was told she d had a loan in 2007, and repaid it in 2011. (I don t know how she would have got a loan for £3000 at the age of 11, but obviously this company has better records than us. ) When she continued to talk over the caller, telling him to take us off his list, he told her to go forth and multiply and hung up....proof of a scam
