Had 3 calls so far today, 1 in morning 2 afternoon, all hang up after I pick up, regardless of wait time. No one knows my landline either, so don’t know how it’s being called unless it’s malicious. Other numbers that called to same extent were 01330 560922 and 01689 814765, both equally as perplexing.

This is a scam number with an automated voice concerning an order from Amazon. I do not have an Amazon account. This call is likely from a scamming call centre in India. Not the first time I've been targeted, each time from a different number. I put the phone down. Recommended: programmes by Rav Wilding on BBC iPlayer and repeated on BBC1. His team have viewed such scams. The scammers get into your phone.
It's halifax online banking absolutely top service I was talking to them last night and was walked step by step right through the full app and was able to initiate extra online and security triggers and enable spend and activity alerts direct to me along with unusual or unnecessary activity raisingvan alert to the fraud desk and me. You can trust the number i did a secure check but also so helpful even did my MBNA card as they are linked

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PHONE NUMBER. It is a supposed guy who hooked me up in a popular dating site (Happn) and he is trying to make me "invest" money in a fake Medtronic site: medtronic-vip.site. Please report this to the police ASAP, this is real, I have all the chats in my phone and I am available for questions from the police too. I did not fall in the trap, but other people are at risk! Brechin (Scotland) cloned number allegedly from 02. A scam offering 40% off your O2 account. - I know it is a 100% scam as (a) I have had one of these calls before and (b) I ceased to be an O2 customer 4 years ago. Suspect someone hacked their site or an ex-employee has flogged their data to scammers. Foreign guy said he'd send a special code in a text/email but to not divulge it to anyone - probably because everyone gets the same and they don't want you to compare notes!

Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.

Was contacted on WhatsApp by this number, two messages at 0:10 on April 1st, then a call at 10:10. I asked if I knew them, they claimed that I had given them a tattoo on their hair in the last seven days, which was not true as I don’t do tattoos! Told them they had a wrong number, to which they demanded I keep talking and started asking if I was a doctor, at which point I blocked the number.
