Called me on my mobile 20 October 2016 and in an Indian accent asked to speak to me mentioning my name. I said "No you cannot". He then disconnected.
Call from this number today about 4.40pm. No one on the other end spoke, just a lot of office type background noise.
Silent when answered then background voices. Call lasted approx. 2 mins . This comes back as a local number . Appears to be a way to get around TPS blocking and annoy people
