I called the number back after a missed call. a recorded message informed my i was one of the "lucky" few to win £1000 in cash. I instantly hung up.

Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.
This is not a forum to contact people. The scammers do not look here. Just block the number.

They were very evasive when I answered, when I confirmed who'd they called as I thought it maybe the call I was expecting, they hung up. I returned the call to which an automated message answered saying I would be connected to an advisor ASAP. They are now on my auto reject list.
