called and said need to take through security. would not say what the company is, or what the call was for. they where asking for security details. CAUTION!!
Claimed to be Carphone warehouse offering an upgrade, told him i didn t have my phone from Carphone warehouse and he said "we are calling on behalf of EE" I hung up and called EE who told me they don t have other companies call about upgrades as they would rather people upgrade through them directly. So, is it Carphone warehouse?..... Maybe. Is it a scam? .......Possibly. Is it dishonest?...... DEFINITELY!

Rang today 19th Jan 22,rang last week. Blocked last week . Left two voice messages. Reporting for an oap who doesn't have broadband. Don't get oap to listen to the message as only worry them. Investigated after the first call, and would not get a call from London so blocked. Definitely a scam.

First of all they are phoning from a number that shows up as 01326, this is local to my area but there is no way on earth they are from here. It looks like a trick to get people to answer a local call. They claimed to be the "Pension department" when i pushed them on this they eventually gave a real company name, but i didn't understand the person on the phone properly but it was "???? financial services ". Any comment on this feed stating that Mr Christopher Parsons is helpful or anything of that ilk must be on another planet (or working within the same organisation, which most probably amounts to the same effect), he has rang repeatedly to my business literally screaming down the phone at our receptionists. When said receptionists tried to help and direct his calls he ridiculed them beyond belief. At the risk of sounding cliché I do not know how this individual sleeps at night.

Was pretty scary for an automated message even knowing its a scam, the threat of arrest was very convincing.
