SCAM pretends to be government office
Same officious voice that has called from different no.s beginning 777191 re Inland Revenue etc, threatening court etc. I hung up after the first few words which I think were fraud squad, got an order bla bla. I block these numbers but they keep changing the calling number.
Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.
SCAM Originally said they were love energy then that changed to love Ltd. The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.

Really weird, rang and asked for my daughter whom banks with co-op. Left her a message asking her to call 08448448899 ASAP as there was a problem with her account. She rang them later and they had no record of anyone calling her nor was there any problem with her account.

Called and when I answered it was an automatic call claiming to be HMRC and if I didn't press 1 the police would be out soon to arrest me!!! Do not answer this call

This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !
Lady with asian accent cold called and had details of address. Wanted to sell us boiler cover and that we were paying too much with our previous provider, could not provide us with details of who we currently have boiler cover (we dont have any which gives the game away) although played along for a while for a laugh. Claimed the company was in Crawley and called Utility Care. She hung up. Searches on internet cannot find this company, most likely a scam to get bank details.

Guy call himself Chris saying he is my local energy advisor telling me that my loft insulation has been proved to cause condensation when I asked why my insulation would suddenly start to do this he did not have a clue, I then informed him that I worked as a insulation inspector and installed both loft and cavity wall insulation for a major company in the Uk and had certificates to prove I know what I am talking about, he just repeated himself, at this stage I asked him to venture forth and multiply
