As with previous comments, they asked for email address of person in charge of our service to send documents to. I told them they should already have it, they hung up.

They are called Connect. They refuse to take no for an answer. Even when the other numbers they call from are blocked they use a different number. They actively harass and do it in the full knowledge of what they are doing. Report them and their number on the ICO s website. It only takes two minutes and will hopefully result in their MD personally bankrupted for blatant harassment.

Received a call on my mobile at around 11.30am, and was told I had a refund via PPI from a credit card or loan. Had to ask me which one and from which bank. (Should know all this before calling me, how else would they know if I m owed anything?) Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.

Constantly calling my husband who is getting terrible distressed. Insisting that he had phoned them regarding PPI claim which they were handling on his behalf. He hadn t. Requested they removed his number but still insisting he called them. Double checked his outgoing calls - hadn t rang them but they won t take no for an answer.
