Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.
Just had a call from this number stating I am being investigated for ‘tax fraud’ and to press 1 (to possibly drain the life out of my contract bill) obviously a scam and the voice was automated sounded like a robot.
Had a call from a rude obnoxious caller suggesting I could claim compensation for a non existing RTA Read elsewhere the ripoff cost of calling them to complain.
