The man, after saying he was from Talk Talk, asked me how I was doing today. They must read from a script. Ignoring this, I asked whom he wanted to speak to. After he had said "The main account holder" I asked him to hold on. It was almost three minutes before he rang off. I knew what the rest of his script would have been - very dangerous for anyone who falls for this trickery.
