My second call this morning from an 01257 number - different ones - both claiming to be a banking service who have detected suspicious activity on my account. They are both automated messages with the same female voice and both claim withdrawals from my (unspecified) account from the same places (Amazon and overseas) but quote different amounts. 01257 is my local dial code, which I suspect is meant to lend credibility to the call. It asked to preess 1 to delete or 2 to connect to an operative. I hung up

Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. Missed call Have had several calls from this number but have not answered them or they have been a missed call. I suspected this was a scam because my daughter phoned the number and a message said this number cannot receive calls.

Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.

You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!

SCAM just about to check my accounts ( just in case I’m wrong!) but it was a recorded call alleging a suspicious transaction to a money transfer service. No bank id provided and asked to press buttons to connect to “service team”
Received this morning on my mobile. A female voice, probably recorded said "I have been told that you were involved in an accident recently, is that right?" Obviously this a phishing call. Best to ignore and hang up.
I received an unsolicited call from this number. The caller claimed to be selling stock shares/investment opportunities. The caller would not accept my no as an answer. I politely concluded the call and h8ng up. I cannot say that it is a scam but I have now blocked this number.

This is a hoax .... say they are from currys and PC world... they offer upgrade on your phone, 1 week on no new phone canceled card payment and direct debit, phoned again today soon as they heard my voice they hung up, I've been keeping the line busy for the past 2 hours .... got nothing better to do. Up to 5 calls per day over the last week, no response when call answered, no message left on answer machine if call not answered. I find this very disturbing as I am a pensioner living alone.
