This guy has some kind of disorder. Called, and he left a message to call back sounding very important. I returned call and he was driving and needed me to call back. No other info. Thought he sounded odd and ended up here.

I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. I know HMRC will never contact me on the phone because i do have account gateway with them anyway. They can also send me a letter by post. the number showing on my phone is 0141 357 1051 Beware!

I think this number is a fraud as that number is saying that I have HSBC bank and a suspicous payment is being made but I don't don't bank with these.. so definitely a fraud and if you do have a bank with and you get mobile number texting your bank, talk to your bank and don't interact or answer phone calls.
