I have got no idea who this is...I am in the Netherlands and every day I am receiving AT LEAST 5 calls from different UK/London numbers including this one, all from the above location Carter Lane Gardens. I don't know who it was, cause I didn't answer it. When is looking for you and need to speak with you, leave a voice mail, all the time. From this number, no voice mail, so it's not important.I have blocked it.

This number called me on 28.04.23. Supposedly, a message from my bank to inform that my debit card had been used for suspicious purchases. To cancel the 2 transactions and speak to an agent press 1, which I did. A woman with a very strong foreign accent requested my name, date of birth and address in order to make the cancellation. She then asked for my card sort code, which rang alarm bells. I told her that if she was calling from my bank she should already know that and I would ring them. She hung up.

FraudFemale recorded voice with American accent (very amateurish) saying they were HMRC and that I had been reported for tax evasion. The case has been reported to the police and would be brought before a magistrate. "Press 1 to speak to a HMRC agent", Obviously I didn't. This country has some of the most advanced telecomms technology in the world. WHY can't the authoriries (Police, BT, the Regulator) take down these numbers?
