I had the same text from the number mentioned, preceeded by a text from Natwest saying there was potentially fraudulent activity on my account - I ignored it, and then my phone rang and a recorded message claiming to be NatWest told me to call the number calling me (08453560020)...I decided to ignore this too. Dopey Indian scammer trying to tell me there is something wrong with my internet, running the same old short con of getting the innocent victim to type in random commands to show something is supposedly wrong. This wasn t a particularly bright one either as only knew one cmd command before giving up. I ve had them go on up to half an hour in the past. It was Asda telling me that my glasses were ready

First I got a call on my Mobile from a number showing as New York - didn t answer. Then I got a call a coupel of minutes later from 07418342582, ostensibly a UK Mobile. Answered and got a recorded message in Arabic (or Greek, or similar). I hung up. A few minutes later a text with a Telegram code number, asking me to click a link. Obviously I didn t as I know nothing about this. Beware!

Believe this is a claims company for accident compensation.

Several calls from this number usually silent, occasionally Asian voice asking for Mr. ********. My name is difficult to pronounce. I say "I ll just get him" and leave the phone in front of a loud radio or tv. What a surprise they hang up.
