Called me this morning, did not understand the man at the phone. Hung up and tried to call back, but the number was not reachable. Can someone tell me, who is it?

Automated voice tells me of unauthorised transactions on my card. Did not mention name of bank, type of card or my name. Gave me two options to allow or block transaction. Obvio...
SCAM / SPAM Automated message claims to be HMRC investigating tax fraud. Claims if I do not press 1 straight away, the police will be issued with arrest warrant. Obvious nonsense, but very dangerous, added to block list.
Evenings and weekends as well as business hours and still this person continues to fax a number which doesn t have a fax machine attached. You would think there would be some intelligence at their end to check the number!
