They refused to identify themselves and when I called them back their answer machine gave no identity either. Dangerous scam site
SCAM / SPAM HMRC scam
Following up a comment that this number might be Friends of the Earth, I emailed FoE and was told the number is a fund-raising agency called Listen, used by FoE. At my request FoE has deleted my number. I suggest that anyone who keeps getting calls from this number also contacts FoE via the Contact Us form on the website, to ask for their phone details to be removed so no more calls are received.
This is a legitimate business number but it is being spoofed - BEWARE
