This is the number Santander ask you to call to update your mobile number when they want to send you a one time pass code. It is part of verified by visa. Not a scam. It is the number of the Santander corporate fraud department.

SCAM - the 3rd such similar text in as many days from different numbers. All had a link to a website that no doubt requests your bank details. In this case the email purported to be from HSBC informing me of a payment made on my card today. It had a helpful link to a site called cancel.banking-process, which funnily enough i did not click.
