I had a number of missed calls from this number so i dialled 141 then the number and turns out its Vanquis bank chasing payments, I do have an account with these people and have spoken to them a couple of times. I don't receive monthly statements from them so don't know how much or when i am meant to pay, i have requested these numerous times and also to set up a DD but still they ring me numerous times a week.
