Have had two missed calls from this number within an hour of each other. Gives two rings and then stops. No idea who they are and no intention of ringing them back.

SCAMA recorded American voice was telling me that a criminal case was being made against me. How awful scary and worrying for folk who might not be aware of scam calls; and how do they get your number anyhow . I have now blocked the number. :,((

SCAM / SPAM Pretending to be Amazon saying you have got this random order charged to your account and to press 1 to talk to someone if this is not your order. They then ask you for bank details to make your account safer.
The caller said he was from computer support and wanted to talk to the owner of the computer - sounded like a typical scam call but using my local Kendal regional code in caller...

Just had call from this number which I strongly suspect was a scam. Guy claiming to be from BT saying my oneline connection was being hacked and offering to help. I put the phone down but he tried a second time. He had my full name and address details and quoted an account number that I did not record so cannot check.

Someone (female) rang my mobile, saying that I was entitled to a phone / contract update... Probably trying some scam.... And clearly not from my real phone supplier (Orange)....
