This number call me to Portugal. I don't know any people who live in England, so i google it and saw its a number who sails financial products. Seems a scheme

SCAM robocall claiming to be from the Visa Department and that a £900 charge had been made to my account. As my bank does not conduct business via robocalls this can only be a scam.
