They called me today about an industrial accident I had. I didn t. When I asked where they were calling from she said Plymouth. I live in Plymouth but judging by other comments, they were calling from Darlington. Asked her for name of company and she said Industrial Workers Office. I gave them an earful and hung up. They left brief voice mail asking who I was, then hung up. on 4th Feb 2021. Ive since blocked number.
I have been called 3 times by this number today. It is highly irritating as I drive a lot. No one there when I answered the third time of them calling. I called back to a recorded message with an American accent saying This number is out of service . My guess is that they are testing to see if the number is in use and you will get a load of marketing text messages once this number is answered or called back which I recommend you do neither.
Fraud. Said they were our local energy adviser and wanted to speak to the home owner. Suspiciously hung up when I asked what it was regarding.
