I've got the call. When I picked up, some guy was laughing. Later a guy mentioned he was from my O2 provider company. I am not currently under contract with the O2. Then he laughed and hung up. I wasn't sure if this call was from a house with joking kids or if this was a real company. If that is a company, they have to have more attention to training their people to behave.
Said they were from the European Commission and wanted to do some research. Very suspect.

According to 1471 this (not standard) number called me but is 'not recognised' when called back. Must be a disguised caller.

CT services in conjunction with the Chambers Of Commerce. The gentleman seemed surprised that I rang him back. After asking where he got my number from he explained it was from a database from The Chambers Of Commerce. They hold details for self-employed businesses and sole traders. I do not run any businesses. I asked him to remove my telephone number. He complied.
