Cricklewood Locksmiths have again been out applying their antisocial stickers all over front doors, letterboxes, intercoms and door frames in my neighbourhood. The caller immediately rang off without saying anything. Perhaps it was because I have got into the habit of saying "Hello" loudly enough to damage the eardrums when I get these unwanted interruptions. I rang back three times, purely for identification purposes. Each time I got a short recorded message and was then cut off. It was in an American accent. I am still little the wiser.
