Be very, very, very careful! This is a genuine Lloyds number, but you cannot trust this as scammers can make their number appear come from this one (a process known as “spoofing”). Voicemail left and asked me to ring back on a mobile number as important that I did….yes, that’s right, asked me to ring back on a MOBILE NUMBER!!!! Well spoken English, young, girl, could be quite plausible… but... I rang Lloyds (using the number on the back of my debit card) and it’s a complete SCAM… a very, very co

Got the call, I answered and said nothing 2-3 seconds later they hung up Called back and got nothing. No dial tone.
this number has phoned me 3 times in a day. Have told them not to phone again but they still did.
Three calls for same number in one day, first call the advisor claimed to be from BT, obviously not. A scam on the broadband. The second and third calls were automated messages re an amazon prime account that they were taking money from my bank for. All nonsense, I did not press 1 as that is when you can be scammed. The fact that the same number claims to be from 2 different companies is all you need to know to confirm a scam,

They phoned me on a weekday morning (when I was in the bath) When I dialed 1471 to get the number, I called them back. A very cheerful young man answered the phone and said the company name. I repeated that back to him to make sure I heard him correctly and he confirmed the name of the company. I told him I had just wanted to know who called and said goodbye and he said goodbye. I have never had a call from them before and the man never attempted to sell me anything.
Short pause then a robot "goodbye" so their crappy call handling overdid it and ran out of operators though given 95% of the calls I get are silent now maybe there are...
