Definitely a scam. You would know if there had been a CCJ against you. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CA...

These people are an absolute pest. They are a Healthcare insurance company and constantly ring my mobile number often several times a day and what they must do is ring and immediately end the call then ring again and end the call and it goes on like this! Today I ve had 7 calls one after another from these people.
