Scammers do not press 1 when asked
SCAM you cannot ring back the number. BT has this as a disconnected number... so obviously SCAMMERS. DO NOT ANSWER AND IMMEDIATELY BLOCK.
Nuisance caller, said some gibberish even when asked second time - seems deliberately to harass and intimidate. Most probably by a criminal harassment company.
They want to change your boiler, providing you are on social benefits.
