SPAM Young male voice, claiming to be from energy research or something. Asked if I had loft insulation, when i said Yes, started to tell me it has been found that my insulation is no longer suitable. I asked how he could possibly know anything about my insulation, he just kept yapping, asked again, he was just on full yap by now, so I told him to f*** off. Not even a good try at a scam, quite incompetent.
