Rihanna from CLC. Told me I had registered an electrical item and opted in to a draw for a free holiday. Told her I was sure I hadn’t. She said I must have as they were compliant and she wouldn’t be calling me if I hadn’t. Was incredulous that I wouldn’t want a ‘free’ holiday. I said ‘I know! I must be mad! Goodbye’
