Pain in the a**e. Ring and leave aggressive messages while I m at work and can t answer the phone. Try to ring them back after work and they are always "very busy" and never actually answer. Constant text messages demanding I ring them back. All for £20 that Swinton insurance say I owe them!
claims to be from some HR company mumbled refused to say what it was they actually wanted. We are a small charity and the person dealing with HR not in & I explained I wasn't willing to pass details on unless they told me what their company actually wanted/did still just mumbled his own name & insisted he'd ring back. Call centre noise in background.
They rang me yesterday and I answered they asked for my dad but I asked who's calling and they put the phone down. They rang again today but they left no message.
