Cold caller. Phone rang silence on the other end....annoying
They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract. Recognise a Scam: Unsolicited Call They associate themselves with ‘a good cause’ It's a limited offer . No message left by this number. I dialled it back and it had one long ring tone as in U.S or Canadian calls. No one was answering there when I rang back.

This number is being used by someone called Charles King, Chloe Evans, Nigel Goodwin representing Swisslifeag, a cloned company of actual company Swisslife. They are extremely dangerous con artists.
SPAM When I answered it gave a little beep on the other end then it went dead. Think it's spam to take money from your phone. Blocked
Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
SCAM / SPAM Openreach scam - recorded message that the Internet connection will be cut off, push 1 for operator. Indian(?) 'technician' then tries to get you to install TeamViewer QuickSupport so they can presumably compromise devices. Managed to keep them on the phone for 15 minutes so they couldn't scam someone else!
