Indian caller, said she was calling from Windows helpdesk - surely it would be called Microsoft Helpdesk, anyway the scammers just hung up when I started laughing at them. They really annoy me because they prey on the weak and vulnerable in our society.

Silent call from your map this is showing as Blackpool. When I rang it back, it was Crown DoubleGlazing again. I had another silent call a week ago from a Greater Manchester number, also Crown Double Glazing. I don’t need double glazing, have full double glazing fitted, and have not looked for double glazing for 20 years. My windows were fitted a few years ago from someone by verbal recommendation. Scam, they sent me an email claiming to be from BT, offering new packages and claiming my contract is coming to an end, they claimed my current billing is different to what it actually is. I looked up BT's contact number online and contacted them directly and not this number that was in the email. They confirmed they didn't send me any emails and this is in fact a scam/fraud
