Seems to be used for some call centre working for financial companies - similar numbers are reported with PPI and financial offers/loans, all the same 020347658xx range of numbers. Block it if not interested. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
