I was cold called today (21 Mar 2017) by a woman claiming to be from the Pension Advice Service. She used my Christian name, and when I questioned her, she then gave my address. I then asked if she knew my full name and she eventually gave my Surname. When I questioned her further and asked the reason for her calling me, she abruptly hung up the telephone. I considered this to be an unprofessional attitude and doubted the authenticity of the call.
It's a scary call and doesn't cost anything
