John, from the Green Eco centre in South West London, calling to arrange a survey of my loft insulation. Apparently they have surveyed the whole neighbourhood and mine is one of the few remaining properties not surveyed. I live in Cambridgeshire, strange that a Bournemouth based company would be so busy here! Company appears not to exist. He talked about the risks associated with old rock wool type, yellow insulation laid on loft floor causing a risk of condensation and mould, and being inefficient.
Scam text message apparently from UK Post Office. Claims parcel fees need to be paid. Redirects to website with URL designed to look similar to real post office website.
