Friendly person from DFS Sofas calling to follow up a website enquiry
i just received a call from this number which claims i have committed fraud and will be arrested unless I call. When you call they claim to be the tax office! They then start asking for your details.

Recorded message, supposedly from Amazon about a suspicious transaction on my account. Scam phone call, am receiving this type of call every two or three days. These people are the scum of the earth!!!!!!
I`ve just recive phone call fromthis number said it`s HMRC revenue about some fraud, ask to choose options. SCAM be careful.

Claimed to be my local energy advisor, for once they are local to me. Asked if I was the homeowner, when asked where he got the information from, said there was a data base of all work carried out at this address. If there is then I did not authorise my data being entered or used. GDPR? Suspect they wanted to carry out an "energy survey" and would come up with a very expensive improvement package, which probably would not be needed.
