SCAM. automated message says its hmrc and your being investigated for fraud. Then it wants you to press one to get through to them to discuss the matter, if you do not press 1 they will issue a warrant against you. Its bullshit. The number is registered in Russia and HMRC do not call you in this way for anything.

I had a call yesterday from a guy with a London ascent. I found him very difficult to understand. Exactly the same as the comment left here. They tried to offer me a interview but would need to take these course. Was very unsure when I said I couldn t pay the money and would they send me an email with all the details in which I Never received. I believe these are scamming people so be aware.
