It is Blue Build Energy , a solar panel sales bunch.. Unwanted calls. If I wanted solar panels that can barely charge a car battery, but cost @?5,000 I d ask for them! Or better still book myself into a looney bin..
Told me that the installation I had had could cause damp. Asked what installation I had had and he refused to answer the question, just kept repeating that they could put it right. Asked several times, same lack of response so I put the phone down and blocked the number. I have had no installations.

SCAM
Pretended to be HMRC - asking to collect money I assumedly owed to HMRC. Threatened me with "criminal case" for non payment. When I told them I want all details and will contact HMRC directly they closed the phone.
