Insurance Caller asking if we wish to extend our guarantee on appliances. Ours are nearly 20 years old.
Clearly a sales call, when challenged as to if it was a sales call, his response was "i haven t told you what the call is about yet. When told that it clearly was and to b*gger off, he became extremely abusive.

I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam. Called my mobile and didn't leave a message. Area code is Nottingham and I know no-one there. Assuming that it's a cold caller.
Called 1st time left a message with a reference and phone number, number was dead, called the 0845 number and it doesn t receive calls ... next day she called me back and said we spoke last year and she missed my renewal date for energy by a day and hoped this year she hadn t missed it.... 100% lies, I work from home ... complete bull, she was also rude
