Rang me explaining that O2 are stopping "throttling" you data when reached and could do me a deal to get me more data as I was classed as a "high user" only gone over twice in a full year, spoke to O2 which told me it was a recognised number with them but they didn t know that O2 would be doing this as they didn t have the information, not sure what to make of it !
Had a missed call from this number - called it back and there was no dial tone - some white noise then could hear talking then the line went dead - think it's a cold caller

Fraud, advised by O2 to block this number. Do not give any details or if they send you a 'code' to read back or key into your handset, hang up the phone and block the number

SCAM caused rtc due to operator refusing to shut up!
